Drew Brees stepped from Peyton Manning's shadow and into the limelight on Super Bowl Sunday winning the 2009 NFL Championship a 31-14 Saints victory. Brees also won the game's MVP not too bad for a guy who was passed over by a few teams after a late 2005 shoulder injury with the San Diego Chargers.
